Every successful team truly needs a great leader and that is definitely true for 24h BLUE MTN. Committed Captains are essential to our charity-focused event for many important reasons including maximizing team member recruitment, ensuring key communications are promptly shared, and motivating all team members to achieve their personal fundraising targets.
Team Captains are our most crucial catalyst for creating a socially spirited and competitively engaging event that will positively impact future Special Olympians and those requiring local hospital health care needs.
To help lead the charge, Team Captains will be provided with a variety of support resources for effective team outreach. Additionally, Team Captains will receive visible event identification denoting their important leadership role. There will be a mandatory Team Captain’s meeting held in the Grand Central Lodge on the evening of Friday Feb 23rd prior to the event reception.
We know there is genuine life-changing leader in you, so please consider being a 24h BLUE MTN inaugural event Team Captain.
